1. Acceptance and permitted use
Using the site means accepting these terms and following applicable law. The tools are intended for lawful texture authoring, inspection, education, and asset preparation.
2. Rights to source images
You must own, license, or otherwise have permission to process each source image. Local processing does not transfer those source rights to the site owner or cure a licensing problem.
3. Generated files and workflow responsibility
Generated files remain your workflow responsibility. Check naming, convention, physical interpretation, mesh correspondence, and destination compatibility before relying on an export.
4. Prohibited or harmful use
Do not use the site to process unlawful material, infringe rights, attack the service, bypass safeguards, distribute malware, or misrepresent an estimated result as measured evidence.
5. Intellectual property
The site code, original writing, diagrams, and branding retain their applicable rights. Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, OpenGL, and DirectX names belong to their respective owners; references do not imply endorsement.
6. Availability, warranty, and liability
The static service may change, become unavailable, or behave differently across browsers. It is supplied without a promise of uninterrupted access, fitness for a particular production, or freedom from every defect, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law and changes
The published effective date identifies this version. No separate contractual governing-law choice is stated unless it appears in the service information on this page; mandatory applicable law remains unaffected.
How these terms apply to a texture workflow
These terms govern access to the website; they do not grant rights to photographs, scans, game assets, trademarks, or third-party software. A successful download confirms only that the browser produced a file, not that the file is licensed, physically measured, compatible with every renderer, or approved for a production. Keep source permissions, project requirements, import settings, and backups in the same asset record. If a mandatory local law gives rights that cannot be waived, a general website term does not remove them. Contact the configured owner when a clause or service detail is unclear.
Generated normal maps and PBR maps are image-derived estimates. Verify orientation, scale, seams, color space, and engine import settings before production use. You are responsible for rights to source images and exported assets.
